Our service begins at the very first communication when you enquire
about transport for your horse. We appreciate how anxious it can
be when handing your trust over to a transport company to take care
of your loved horse or pony.
For this reason, we take extra care in ensuring that we travel your
horse with knowledge on his quirks and any special requirements that
you would like us to consider.
A pre journey on line form is completed prior to travel, it can be
completed on your phone, it really is very straightforward or you can email us the info or call us.
This form lets us know of any issues we need to be aware of and the necessary permissions that we need.

We are fully insured with Public Liability, Care, Custody and Control, Hire and Reward so you have the additional reassurance that we take the responsibility of your horse seriously. We believe that action speaks louder than words and we have spared no expense on this aspect of our Business, in addition we are covered by Equine Breakdown cover.
As a Licensed Transporter, we operate under guidelines as set out by the EU law, this also gives you the assurance that welfare regulations are adhered to.
Each of our driver's are not only experienced and qualified but they have also gained a Transporter's Competency Qualification by an approved governing body.

Prior to the day of transport, you will have been given a collection time or arrival time. During the journey, we will give notice of arrival at the collection or the destination address. We do give estimated time of arrival's prior to the journey but this is an approximate time which is traffic dependent.
Your Horse's Travel Experience
Our horseboxes are 3.5 tonnes, airy, well ventilated and stalled for two. Each are fitted each with a reinforced anti jump partition .
The horse area is kept nice and cool in summer with climate control, windows and an air vent.
The ramp is low at the recommended angle, the floor in reinforced and with a waterproof rubber layer on top.
The bulkhead and walls are reinforced for extra safety and each window is covered with safety bars..
Quality hay and water is provided during the journey and a haynet refill along the way if required. and we watch your horse at any time on our CCTV camera.
After each journey the horsebox is cleaned and jet washed with an anti fungal disinfectant which ensures the very best hygene. Clean bedding is laid and we prepare for the next journey.
Journey logs are completed for every horse, this states times of loading, when stops are carried out, hay and water given and when we unload.
